Maram DBS gets 50 solar lamps
SENAPATI, Apr 22: The Solar Lamps charging Stations was launched yesterday at Assisi Institute Maram Don Bosco College, Senapati. The new philanthropic initiative is aimed at providing a boon to rural poor (BPL) over unsafe kerosene lamps sponsored by Global Angels-Jai Charitable Trust (YES Network) and co-sponsored by the District Rural Development Agency, Senapati with Noble Energy Solar Technologies as collaborating partnership. Dr. Prem Singh, IAS, deputy commissioner was the chief guest and Yamuna Pathak, managing trustee, Global Angels Jai Charitable Trust was the guest of honour at the launch attended by district NGOs, teachers, hostelers and students of Maram Don Bosco Institute.
